Description

Oakmont holds the record of hosting the most U S Open Championships 9 to date. This is one of many of these type courses that I have walked, played or attended some of my 13 US Opens. I was quite fortunate having my father,a golf club maker for A G Spaldings in Chicopee MA and a member of the USGA Museum committee for about 30 years. My connection to golf history.
